From the folks at Conde Nast magazines, the ultimate spot for digital gourmands. Recipes abound, with all the details on cooking everything from latkes to lentils. There’s lots of information for the expert, as well as the novice, epicure—a whole section is devoted to the mechanics of eating and drinking in public. Epicurious takes itself a little less seriously than its paper publication counterparts, Bon Appetit and Gourmet, but still provides a fair amount of info on the world of food and drink. Moreover, in this electronic version you’ll find several discussion forums where you can trade gustatory insights with fellow epicures (but please don’t type with your mouth full).
