With paper.li, a startup that’s currently in “alpha” mode, you can create your own Twitter newspaper. And what’s a Twitter newspaper? Well, it’s a bunch of links shared on Twitter that’s presented in a web newspaper-style format. You can create your own newspaper, and you can read those created by others. Just type a hashtag into the service, for instance, and soon you’ll be looking at a “newspaper” created with that hashtag.
Sounds sorta weird? In fact, it’s a rather pleasant way to read items on Twitter. It reminds me a bit of Flipboard, a visually stunning iPad app for reading Twitter, Facebook, and other content shared at social media sites.
